The challenges that the pandemic has presented continue to test leaders in our industry in which they must find ways to not only respond, but persevere. Join us for our second webcast in our pandemic series where we’ll hear from building service contractors from across Australia. They discuss regional challenges and impacts of the pandemic, how they have found ways to overcome those challenges and how they are addressing labor concerns. They finish with a look into the future and how this industry might be changed by this global crisis.

Peter Rundle, Managing Director of Frontline Services
Peter is the BSCAA SA State Representative and BSCAA National Board Director. Peter was the Vice President of BSCAA National from 2015 to 2019 and continues to volunteer his time to the association.

Matt Marsh, Managing Director of the Sebastian Group
Since Matt originally started working at Sebastian in 1989, as part time cleaner while studying Sociology and Economics at Monash University it quickly became apparent that he wanted to pursue a career in his own business. In 2002 Matt was made the Managing Director at Sebastian. In 2011 became the owner of Sebastian Property Services.

Sebastian Property Services prides its self on being Technology Driven company working in the Property Services arena, providing Sustainable Contract Cleaning work as well as specialist services.

Dean Munro, National SHEQ Manager for the Pickwick Group
Dean Munro is responsible for maintaining compliance and management of the SHEQ Integrated Management System. His role covers incident and hazard risk management and investigation. He is also instrumental in rehabilitation, audits, inspections and providing advice on dangerous goods and hazardous substance handling/storage. He prides himself on a ‘hands on’ approach.
