We are excited to share that the BSCAI housing block is now open! Rooms can be booked through this room block at a discounted rate for conference attendees based on availability and prior to the housing cut-off date of Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
*Please note that BSCAI will be confirming that anyone who has booked into the BSCAI housing block is registered for Contracting Success. Please ensure you register for the event prior to booking your hotel room.
Standard Room Rate for Single/Double Occupancy
Room Rate: $260.00++/per night * (Sunday, November 15- Friday, November 20, 2026)
Resort Fee: $47.00/Night (flat fee per day)
Resort Fee gives you access to property wide wi-fi, access to the gym/cardio room, and unlimited toll free and local calls.
This group rate will be available until the cut-off date of Wednesday, October 7, 2026, or when the room block sells out (whichever comes first). Please book early to ensure you secure your desired room type.

BSCAI also has available rooms at the W Las Vegas (previously Delano) for a group rate of $303.00 ++/night* (Sunday, November 15- Friday, November 20, 2026). The W is connected to Mandalay Bay. Rooms are listed as “W Premier Suite” within the booking link.

Upgraded rooms are also available at Mandalay Bay through the booking link. These rooms have limited availability for an additional upgrade charge. PLEASE NOTE: Once you access, it is important that you modify the dates in order for the room block to appear.
Cut-off Date:
Wednesday, October 7, 2026. Please reserve prior to this date in order to receive the group rate. If you would like to extend outside of these dates and they are not available within the booking link you must contact the hotel directly.
After Wednesday, October 7, 2026, rooms may be booked based on availability at the prevailing rates, please contact Group Housing Team 3 at Team3@mandalaybay.com.
Deposit:
Hotel will require a deposit equal to the room, tax, and resort fee for the first night at the time of booking.
Room Capacity:
There is an additional charge of $30 per night, per occupant above two per room, regardless of age.
Cancellation Policy:
Hotel allows individual attendees the right to cancel their guest room/suite reservations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled arrival date.
